YOUR FIRST COACHING CONVERSATION - Book a 45-minute focused coaching conversation with me for an introductory fee of $275.00 CAD. This is a one-time conversation to get unstuck, find more focus and clarity on a key aspect of your life. This fee available only for our initial conversation.
WHAT MATTERS MOST JOURNEY - Over three separate hour-long sessions, you will take stock of how you currently spend your precious resources, identify and define your core personal values and discover ways to generate real alignment in your life to what you say matters most to you. We will unlock ways for you to play even more powerfully in your life! Fee $1500.00 CAD.
AN (OUTDOOR) INTENSIVE - Think of it as a learning and development workshop with your personal learning and development as 100% the focus. This day is designed completely for you, your needs and what you want to create in your life. Ideally, we find ways to be out and spend time in nature while we journey through this day together. Our planning conversations will help us know what’s the right solution for you. Get ready because this intensive will create huge momentum in your life! Fee $3500.00 CAD.

FAMILY DYNAMICS AND VALUES - Designed to meet the needs of your family and its current ages and stages, this session may just include the parents, or the kids too! We’ll focus on understanding the different personalities in your house, play with ideas to communicate even more effectively and then work to identify and define the family’s core values and what matters most to you. Note: this isn’t a therapy session, this is learning and play with your family as the focus. Fees are dependent on family size and ages and available upon request.

PERSONAL LEADERSHIP COACHING - You’re ready to take your leadership to the next level and create the shifts you really want to see in your leadership role – and life. We will work together to uncover what you really want and what has been holding you back from your full potential. We will play with new ways to sustain real change. Each discovery will be backed up with real ways to apply it and take action in your life. There is no guarantee about what will happen - that’s up to you to take what emerges from our conversation and use it in your work and your life. BUILDING TEAMS THAT WORK - A three-part series for your team to learn about each other, improve communication and enhance the team dynamic. We will unearth the team’s current culture and design the team’s desired culture, with action plans and values steps to move toward the desired state. This is designed for teams up to 15 people at a fee of $21,000 CAD. VALUES BASED LEADERSHIP (VBL) - In the program, leaders are taken on a journey of self-awareness. We first dive into who you are as a leader and what impact you have on those around you. Next we help you draft a deeper definition and practical guidelines for your core personal values and leadership purpose – and why this is so important as a leader. Then, we tackle what matters most to the organizations you’re working for. What are the shared values of your culture and how do you help your people align more fully and meaningfully to these values? We play with how to have meaningful values-based conversations as a leader. Our final focus is on looking at the leader you are becoming and charting your path to what’s next in your leadership transformation. COACHING SKILLS FOR LEADERS (CSL) - This program takes the skills exercised by professional coaches and translates them into an every-day conversational approach for leaders to add to their toolkit. Coaching is recognised to be a key leadership skill for the future as organisations move towards more human-centric cultures. Coaching conversations are proven to increase innovation, creativity, ownership, empowerment, engagement and to inspire more meaningful and fulfilling work and relationships. Through conversation we reclaim a more natural approach as leaders, to each other as team colleagues and to our businesses as we move towards a sustainable future. This program is delivered through a series of virtual workshops, combined with applied real-life practice, group reflection and feedback. Participants will ‘graduate’ based on full attendance at all modules, completion of practice exercises and on assessment that they have acquired and demonstrate an appropriate level of new skills. This program comprises a minimum of 24 instructor-led Learning hours. Participants may add to these with additional reading and self-study.
